Payment Policy

By placing an order with Lets Wheat Bake House, you agree to the payment terms described below.

Accepted payment methods

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) under any circumstances.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering through any of the following modes (as available):

    • UPI (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, etc.)

    • Debit/credit cards

    • Net banking

    • Wallets or other online payment options shown at checkout

All payments are processed through secure third‑party payment gateways or bank channels.

Advance and order confirmation

  • All products are made to order and require 100% advance payment.

  • Your order will be confirmed only after:

    • Successful receipt of payment, and

    • You receiving an order confirmation message (website/SMS/WhatsApp/email).

  • If payment fails or is incomplete, the order will not be processed.

Pricing, taxes and changes

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Any applicable taxes and delivery/shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or shared at the time of manual ordering.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed and paid orders will not be affected.

Payment failures and duplicates

  • If the amount is debited from your account but the order is not reflected/confirmed, please contact us with:

    • Transaction reference/UTR

    • Payment screenshot

    • Time and date of payment

  • Once verified, we will:

    • Confirm the order manually, or

    • Initiate a refund/adjustment if the payment is found to be duplicate or unsuccessful on our side.

  • Bank/payment gateway reversal timelines are outside our control and may take several working days.

Refunds related to payments

  • Any approved refunds (as per our Refund & Replacement Policy) will:

    • Be processed only to the original mode of payment, where possible, or

    • Be issued as store credit/vouchers in some cases.

  • Refund initiation from our side will typically happen within a reasonable time after approval; actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

Fraud, misuse and chargebacks

  • If any payment is flagged as suspicious, unauthorised, or fraudulent, we reserve the right to:

    • Cancel the order, and/or

    • Request additional verification, and/or

    • Block future orders from the concerned account/number/address.

  • In case of unjustified chargebacks or disputes, we may withhold services and take appropriate steps to recover dues and protect our business.
